The Toolkit Panel offers quick access to several key features, allowing editors to efficiently find, insert inline, and manage related media via Relationships and Media Library Tools respectively, and diagnose article content quality via the Assistant.
Contact
Anonymous user. We have their email, most likely from a Newsletter signup, but nothing else.
Subscriber
Well known user. Either Current or Former Subscribers. In addition to their email and additional user information, we also have information related to their Customer Data Platform (CDP) Audience(s) and know their life-time value (LTV).
User Account
Known user. We have their email and probably some additional information, most likely from a user registration, stored in a User Account record.
