To view all messages that have been sent, click the Messages option in the Main Navigation of the BLOX NXT Email Reach Admin.

All sent messages from all campaigns will appear initially, and you have the ability to filter using the search options at the top. You can filter the list by any keyword, and by whether the message was sent to a list or a segment.

You are able to see the Title, Status and Sent Date for your messages in the results.

Click to open any message to see Message Details, including:

  • Title: The title of the email sent

  • Subject: The subject line used for that particular message

  • URL: The URL used for the scrape for that particular message

  • From Name: Who the email was sent from

  • From Address: The from address used to send the message

  • Sent: The date/time that the message was sent

Message Analytics:

  • Emails Sent: The number of emails sent

  • Opens: The number of reported opens

  • Clicks: The number of reported clicks on any link in the email

  • Forwards: The number of people who forwarded the email

  • Bounces: The number of bounces reported for that message

  • Spam Reports: The number of recipients who reported the message as spam

  • Message Links Report: How many clicks each link the email received.
