Contact Search Interface Overview
Overview
This overview describes the various areas of the Contact Search Interface within the Community Application, including the Application Navigation, Create Shortcut option, Key Metric Display, New Subscription / User Account options, Search Filter, Advanced Filters, Quick Filters, and Search Results.
The Contact Search displays consolidated data from Subscription, User Accounts, and Email Newsletters all in one place. By default results are grouped by E-mail. Click on an individual Contact in the Search Results to open that Contact in the Single Customer View.
📝 This is fundamentally different than the Legacy BLOX CMS Admin’s Subscription Application that displayed individual completed subscription transactions. Additionally, admin account type users are not displayed here. Admin type user accounts are displayed and managed inAdmin Management.

Application Navigation
The Application Navigation allows navigation within the selected application. For example, while in the Community Application, Application Navigation allows navigation between Contact Search, Dashboard, Services, Journeys, etc.
In addition, Application Navigation offers options to return to the Home Dashboard, access help documentation, and to collapse or expand the Application Navigation.

Create Shortcut
The Create Shortcut option lets users quickly create any number of items such as an asset or a user account. It recommends options based on the current application and allows users to pin frequently used items.

Key Metric Display
The Key Metric Display provides pertinent Contact Dashboard related key performance indicators (KPI). Click the caret ‘^’ icon on the right to minimize the Key Metric Display.
📝 When minimized this is treated like a user preference, persisting across page reloads and subsequent visits. It will continue to be minimized until the user chooses to click ‘KPIs’, located in place of the caret (‘^’) icon, to display again.

New Subscription / User Account
The New Subscription / User Account options allow the CSR to quickly create either a User Account or a Subscription without leaving the Contact Search.
Selecting ‘Subscription’ opens the Subscription Wizard where the User Account and Subscription can be created in a single setup! See the New Subscription Wizard for additional information on how to setup a new subscription.
