Single Admin View
Overview
The Single Admin View shows all of the selected admin’s information in one place including their personal, address, professional, admin, and profile information. It also displays their assigned user groups, and activity stream!
This overview describes the various areas of the Single Admin View within Community, including the Application Navigation, Create Shortcut button, Breadcrumb Navigation, User Admin Settings, User Identify Information, User Groups, User Profile Information, and the Activity Stream.

Application Navigation
The Application Navigation allows navigation within the selected application. For example, while in the Community application, Application Navigation allows navigation between Contacts Search, Dashboard, Services, Journeys, etc.
In addition, Application Navigation offers options to return to the Home Dashboard, access help documentation, and collapse or expand the Application Navigation.

Create Shortcut
The Create Shortcut option lets users quickly create any number of items such as an asset or a user account. It recommends options based on the current application and allows users to pin frequently used items.

Breadcrumb Navigation
The Breadcrumb Navigation section is prominently displayed at the top of the Single Admin View. It includes a breadcrumb trail that starts with the “Dashboard” and includes a link labeled “Back to search results”. The final breadcrumb item is reserved for the Admin’s First and Last Name (or the Admin’s Screen Name if no First or Last Name is available), indicating the specific Admin currently being viewed.

User Admin Settings
The User Admin Settings contains no functionality today. Eventually you will be able to downgrade the Admin type user account to a normal type user account.

User Identity Information
The User Identity Information widget displays Admin information such as E-mail, Screen name, and the year the user account was created. It provides the ability to edit information (click the ‘pencil’ icon) tied to the Admin type user account including Personal Information (First Name, Last Name, Phone, Birthday, Email, and Screen Name), Address Information (Address, Municipality/City, Postal Code, Country, Region/State), Professional Information (Title and Department), and Admin Information (Byline and Tagline).

User Groups
The User Groups widget displays and provides the ability to edit the assigned User Groups (click the ‘pencil’ icon). To learn more about User Groups, please see BLOX User Groups.

User Profile Information
The User Profile Information widget displays and provides the ability to edit Admin User Profile information (click the ‘pencil’ icon) such as About me, Topic Focus, Location Focus, Demographic Focus, Languages, Memberships, and Awards.

Activity Stream
The Activity Stream widget is a table that displays the most recent user events, sorted by date the event occurred.
These events include logins, password updates, and information updates. Additional events will be added in the future.
