How do I create access based upon a query parameter?

If you wish to grant or restrict paywall access based on the UTM string in the URL, follow these steps:

1. Open Access Control
2. Open Applications Settings
3. Select Access Criteria
   1. Click New
4. From the dropdown choose Query String Parameters
5. Give the criteria a name
6. Click Add then enter Query, Value, Match, and Preserve
7. Click Save and Close
8. Add this access method to any rule you wish to be affected by it.
