How do I add/change the thumbnail for livestreams in OTT apps?

Under the Menu buttons tab, do the following:

  • Open the desired menu and then open the category within the menu
  • Look at section tag under “Sections” (it displays below the Search rules) & make note of it
  • Go to Editorial / Assets & search for the livestream video used in the menu by section or keyword tag (i.e., go the the Search terms panel > Section, select the section tag from step 3 above, & click Search)
  • Open the video that displays in the Search results & go to the Poster tab (it’s below the Title)
  • Click Change & select Upload a file
  • Click Save & then Cancel to close the video
