The following information pertains to New and Re-design Web Sites being made live.
Launch Schedule
New sites are launched M-TH at the following times.
- 9:00 AM
- 11:00 AM
- 1:00 PM
- 3:00 PM
- Anytime during normal business hours (M-F | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time)
Exceptions
- The day before a holiday - No Launches
- The day after a holiday - No Launches
- Off-Hour Launches - In order for a Web Site to be made live outside of these guidelines, the attached document must be reviewed and signed by the customer and Project Manager.
Note: Depending on available resources, a scheduled site launch could be delayed or rescheduled.
Additional Information
To allow DNS to fully propagate throughout the Internet, the TownNews DNS Administrator must be made aware of the site live at least 48 hours prior to launch. During this time the DNS Administrator will contact the Project Manager and your company to make sure that DNS is pointing to TownNews.
