Release Selected Asset, but allow Segmentation for e-Edition) It is now possible to release an asset to an Adobe InDesign page and still generate Live e-Edition segmentation. This happens automatically when the user chooses BLOX Total CMS > Release Selected Assets if the user is using Adobe InDesign 2024 or newer and Page Tracker’s Application Settings indicate that Adobe InDesign should send e-Edition Coordinates. The segmentation linking to the original asset, however, can only be done when the assets have default frames. Therefore, if a user removes the caption frame from an image, the image will be converted into a cutout, aligning with the current behavior. Removed support for Adobe Creative Suite) The original versions of the BLOX Total CMS client for Adobe InDesign for the Adobe Creative Suite versions of Adobe InDesign relied on an embedded Adobe Flash library. The Adobe Creative Cloud versions of Adobe InDesign provided internal features for the previously missing functionality. To allow the BLOX Total CMS client for Adobe InDesign to be used at sites that hadn’t yet updated, we kept the Adobe Flash component. Adobe InDesign Creative Cloud 2025 modified how the support was registered. To accommodate that, we’ve removed the Adobe Flash component from the client. Adobe Creative Cloud users should notice no difference. Adobe Creative Suite users will not be able to update to version 20.5 or later. INDESIGN-4473
