The Open by Status menu is available under the BLOX Total CMS > Documents submenu. The Open by Status menu can also be copied above the Documents menu by going to BLOX Total CMS > Settings and Support > Menu Ordering [MU] and selecting the Copy Open by Status... to above Documents flag.
The Recent Documents area in the Open by Status dialog lists the last 24 documents opened by the user. They are sorted so the most recently opened is displayed at the top of the menu. Select one of the items in the menu and the rest of the Open by Status dialog's controls will be modified to match the selected document name. And then that document will be automatically selected and the OK button enabled.
The highlighted `N` is a quick setting to only display pages from the same section. It is one of the two options to mimic/replicated the legacy `Open Nearby` function.
