Retrieving user's Adobe InDesign translation logs for support

When reporting issues with BLOX Total CMS and Adobe InDesign/InCopy, it is essential that the user's translation logs are included in the report.

User's current and previous logs are stored in the home directory:

BLOX Total CMS Settings and Support

If the user can get logged into Adobe InDesign and the BLOX Total CMS icon is added to the Adobe menu bar,  click

BLOX Total CMS>Settings and Support>S(Support) tab to launch the UI.

Show Local User Log will open location of the translate.log and translate_bu.log (and translate_incopy.log, etc.) for the user to provide support.

Show Crash Logs, Show Error Logs, and Show User Logs will navigate to the respective shared folder from which the user/support can find appropriate logs as needed.
