Loads .idpp files stored in tcms_indesign/domain_local/OutputPreferences/Presets folder. Used in support of the addition of preflight checks in output preference files or with the prefilght uitlitify INDD Preflight_Errors (that utility requires a specifically named preflight profile of TCMS_PDF).
