With client code build 5.44.06 Released 2020.09.29 utilities can be stored in sub-folders in scripts/utilities root as packaged in the downloadable zip folder or site can opt to replace/include and arrange as needed.

| ADVR AD_Force_IDFcreatorv6 | Used with versions of AD Force (5.6) that don't generate the .ldf file with the output. This utility creates a file with extension of .idf which will then open BLOX Total CMS Ad function. (BLOX menu>documents>Advertising>Create Publications From Edition Files) | |
| ADVR Copy_Ad_files | Can be used by any site using the BLOX Total CMS Ad function to create publications. The script reads each frame on the page(s) and determines the expected completed ad file name (usually ad number). When launched, the user will navigate to the completed ad storage location (the path of which is stored by user by workstation) and then the script drills down through the folders (and to some extent - sub-folders) in search of the file. If found, the ad file is copied to the folderthat BLOX is expecting to find them as set settings>indesign>path configuration. If an ad file already exists, the script checks the modified date of the file and if the source-folder version is newer, will overwrite the existing file. If the completedhas already been pulled in on the page, the script checks the last modified date of that file and if more than 7 days old, a new copy of the file will be made. By the nature of Adobe java scripts, the modified date of the copied ad is set to "now' - which will keep the ad file fresh and not proned to the purged cycle. | |

| SUPRT X Make IDML Backup | Performs Adobe's recommended process for corrupt/damamged documents of exporting an InDesign Markup (IDML) file that might correct issues with the document. A copy of the damaged document and the idml file are created in the documents original file path/IMD_Backups folder. The repaired document is opened and renamed with a suffix of "_repaired' from which users can continue working if the issue was resolved. The user will see an alert advising them that they can, if they choose, to over-write the original document (next utility). | |
