Overview
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is a way to fight email spam. It is essentially a text record that will be set up as part of a domain's DNS zone file which lists authorized host names or IP addresses that emails are allowed to use as their "from" address for that domain.
BLOX Digital, when sending emails from the BLOX CMS system, will look at the "from" header address of the email, and if the domain is allowed in the SPF rules, then the email will be sent as planned. If it is not allowed, the from address in the email will be changed to "no-reply@tn-cloud.net". These changes should cause these emails to go to the spam folder less often.
To add an SPF configuration for BLOX Digital, you can include this rule in your DNS zone file:
v=spf1 mx include:tn-cloud.net -all
Contact your DNS/Mail provider if you need to know more about setting up SPF configurations.
