BLOX VMS is part of BLOX Digital — If your website is hosted by BLOX Digital, you can use the BLOX Digital Ticketing System for all of your video needs. We strongly encourage customers to create support requests by logging into the BLOX Digital support ticket system or by calling 800-293-9576.

  • If it is outside of normal operating hours (7:00am – 6:00pm CST) and you require emergency assistance, please call the number above and choose auto-attendant option 1 for support.
  • Please read the BLOX Digital service level agreement for additional details.
