In this FLEX Templates release we have made several bug fixes including ensuring the "Gift this article" button is visible on all devices, fixing the forgot password link on the 1-page payment display, resolving adblocker issues affecting the Google Extended Access script, and ensuring the "Checkout Step Completed - Location Information Defined" event triggers correctly.
The "Gift this article" button was previously hidden on all screen sizes except for mobile when the "Social tools" > "Fixed article share buttons" option in Design/Blocks was set to True. This issue has been resolved, and the "Gift this article" button will be visible on all viewports, regardless of the setting for "Fixed article share buttons." (FLEXBLOX-10408)
When a wrong password was entered on the 1-page payment display, the forgot password link was broken. This has been resolved, and the forgot password link will take you to the "Reset Password" page of the purchase modal. (FLEXBLOX-10402)
When adblockers were active on a site that uses Google Extended Access (GEA), they would sometimes block the GEA script, resulting in an incomplete paywall to display. This issue has now been resolved. (FLEXBLOX-10414)
In some cases, when the "Copy billing location" option was used in the purchase form to automatically fill in some of the delivery fields, the "Checkout Step Completed - Location Information Defined" event did not trigger. This has been resolved. (FLEXBLOX-10316)
This release also makes minor infrastructure changes that should not be noticeable to admin or front-end users.
