1. When a subscriber is logged in, they should see a  “Gift this article” button near the top of the article

2. When clicked, the button gives options to email the article or copy the link. If you click email, the default email client of the device will open.

3. When you copy the link, it will confirm it in green

4. The link generated will have parameters at the end of the url: ?gift=1&gift_token=f57c4df6-16e7-11ef-9966-fb24023ea86b

Redeeming gifted articles

1. When a non-subscriber clicks the link to redeem the gifted article, they will see a prompt to sign up or log in.

2. The Sign up button takes you to /users/signup to create an account or register. The Log In link takes you to /users/login.

3. Once the user signs up or logs in, they are taken back to the article, and will see a confirmation prompt.

NOTE: if the gifted article has already been redeemed by someone else, they will see an error.  This is to ensure that the gift feature is not abused to circumvent the paywall.
