How does the PayPal button work with BLOX Audience+?
BLOX Audience+ has an integration to provide the PayPal button as an option on 1-page purchase. When users click the PayPal button, they are redirected to their PayPal account to select their preferred payment method. After completing the payment process on PayPal's platform, the user is automatically redirected back to your website to finalize the transaction. The subscription information is stored in BLOX like any other subscriber.What are the prerequisites for setting up the PayPal button in BLOX?
BLOX Audience+ and Premium Credit Card Management products are required. Your PayPal account must be a business account with a linked bank account, and you must allow the API access outlined in the documentation.Is any particular gateway required for the PayPal button?
Yes, the customer must have a live PayPal business account with all of the settings turned on in the setup section. This is in addition to the primary gateway they use for the rest of their site (PayflowPro, Authorize, Bambora, etc.). Wallet is required.Can I just use my Payflow Pro account?
No. Enabling the Paypal button requires a PayPal business account.How do I know what type of PayPal account I have?
If there isn’t an option to upgrade your account on the left-hand side near the bottom of your interface, you currently have a Business account. If there is an option to upgrade to PayPal Business, you have a Personal account.Can BLOX Digital complete the PayPal setup for me?

BLOX Digital does not add any additional fees other than the per-subscriber Premium Credit Card Management fee, which would apply to subscribers who purchase through PayPal and are managed in BLOX. Yes. Depending on the user, you may see messages indicating that the user canceled in PayPal or there are issues with their PayPal account. These accounts cannot be recovered in BLOX. The user must update their payment information or re-subscribe.Can I see all transactions that were processed by the ‘PayPal offsite payments’ driver?
Yes. In BLOX CMS, go to Marketplace > Transactions and set the ‘Payment handler’ search parameter to the Payment handler name given in Step 4 of the PayPal Button Setup.
