The Page Colors dialog
A version of this dialog appears when the composition staff creates the pages for a BLOX Total CMS Edition.
When first encountered there will be a `Suggest` button that will try to guess the page colors when the Ad Layout System doesn't specifically tag pages but does tag ads.
