In addition to comments being available for moderation within BLOX Comments, admin users who have been set to moderate approve comments within the Moderation and Filtering settings can approve or deny comments directly within the email notification that is generated immediately after the comment has been submitted.
Comment Approval Verification emails originate from postmaster@tn-cloud.net. We recommend adding this email address to the Spam filter within your email client to insure that emails arrive correctly.
How to approve a comment
To approve a comment, select the green Approve Comment option. A browser window will open in a new tab, indicating that the comment has been approved.
How to deny a comment
To deny a comment, select the red Deny Comment option. A browser window will open in a new tab, indicating that the comment has been denied. Additionally, a reason can be specified for the denial.
400: Bad requests
If while attempting to moderate a comment and experience a "400: Bad requests" error, this indicates that the comment either doesn't exist or has already been moderated.
