Adding e-Edition Banner Ads

You can monetize your e-Editions with selling Banner Ads and positioning them within the River of News. There are six ad regions specific to e-Editions. They are compatible for mobile device and desktops alike as well as BLOX and GAM platforms and work with both regular e-Editions and Live e-Editions (Segmented). The ad regions are:

  • fixed-edition-top: This ad will be positioned at the top of the River of News in the e-Edition.
  • fixed-edition-middle: This ad will be positioned within the River of News. This ad, however, will not show up until there are at least two article assets added to the e-Edition.
  • _popup: This is a virtual ad region that is compatible with e-Editions. It's part of the default ad regions that come with BLOXCMS.
