From the dropdown in the the upper left choose Marketplace / Classifieds (Not sure how to access BLOX Applications? Click here).

  To open the Application Settings, click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the application.

  In Application Settings, click on Jobs to expand the category. Click on New and select Autofeeds Job.

The Create Autofeed Job window opens. Fill in the Source properties.

• Feed Provider - Click on the field dropdown arrow and select the provider (DMS) your feed comes from.
• Dealer ID - Enter the ID for the Dealership you are setting up the auto feed for. The Dealer ID is provided by the dealership's DMS/feed provider. A feed from a feed provider might include multiple dealer's inventory. The Dealer ID allows the filtering of inventory to just that dealer's vehicles.
• Link To Buy URL - This option only works for LotLinx. Yes creates the link, No will not.

NOTE: Clicking on Save at this point will generate an error message until the Settings tab properties are set up.

Fill in the Settings properties.

• Job Name - (Required) The name should be descriptive to the purpose of the Job (ie: Dealership Name, etc.).
• Category Map - (Required) Typically you will use Classifieds but you can select any Category you want to map the autofeed to.
• Market - You can select a Market to assign. Markets that you have set up on your BLOX CMS system will be populated in the dropdown menu.
• Default Category - This is the default URL which any vehicle inventory will be assigned to if it doesn't have a category otherwise. 

Lifecycle

This property will determine when the expired ads will be purged from the system. Our recommendation is noted by an asterisk *. 

• Feed Provided Date - If the feed provides delete dates, this option will automatically remove the vehicles assets based on the delete dates. 
• * Expire On Import - This option removes ("expires") all vehicle assets from your BLOX site that are not included in each new import of the feed. Dropdown options:
  • Immediate deletion - This deletes all vehicle assets previously in the BLOX site as part of importing all the new vehicles from the feed. 
  • Yesterday or later - looks for ads from this job that have not been modified by the job in 24 hours
• Remove in [   ] days. - This option removes all vehicle assets after the specified number of days you enter into the text field. 

Assign Business

You can associate the auto inventory the job pulls into your site to a business (which would be the dealership) from your Business Directory. These are the options to assign that business to the vehicle inventory being imported.

• None - You're choosing not to assign a business to the inventory imported via this job. 
• Lookup By Aux Provider - deprecated, do not use
• * Direct Assign Business ID - When selecting this option, you'll notice an additional non editable text field, with "Add" and "Remove" text links below. Click on Add to launch the Find businesses popup window. Search to find your business (dealership), then click Add Selected Businesses. This will populate the business name into the text field. 
  

• Disable this job - Checking this box will disable the job from running  - if this checkbox is checked, you will not be able to run the feed manually by selecting the job in the list of jobs and clicking Run. 
• Run this task automatically - Checking this box sets the job to run every hour on the hour - but LotLinx is only processed once a day at midnight.
• Save - When completed, click Save.
