Image Statuses Showing Page Color

This version of the Image Statues dialog shows the color of a page with a :B (for Black and White) or :C (for CMYK/Color) suffix after the id of the page of each image. This information can be used by the users to help guide the export for toning.
Note: Images are presented in the order they were placed as opposed to the page order.

Client 5.66 is a large release with changes to support multi-page documents with Distributed Production. Also includes are functions to auto export images for toning and allow text to be moved via translation. In addition, this is the first version to fully support passive budgeting without Automated Production.
