How to add a user to a list

To add a user to a list, first select the appropriate list within the Lists panel. Next, within the Contacts panel, select +Add. 

This will populate a Find Contact user window where the user can be located and added to the list. If the user doesn't yet exist, it can be manually added by selecting the +New option. Once the user has been highlighted, choose the Select user button to complete the user addition. 

The new user will appear within the Contacts panel. 

If you'd like to manually a user to another List, repeat the same steps as above.

How to remove a user from a list

To remove a user from a list, select a list from the Lists panel. Next, select the user from the Contacts panel that you would like to remove and then select Remove. This will display a removal confirmation dialog box. Select Yes to finalize the removal of the selected user from a list.
